12 Weeks of Group Coaching with Individual support

Through the practical application of connecting with who you are at an energetic and spiritual level, what you want, and what you need to shed, you will transform what is no longer serving you into a life of alignment with who you are and what you have to offer. You will evolve into the most authentic and aligned version of yourself that you have longed to be.

Over 12 weeks, you will be guided and supported in ways that honor and transform your mind-body-spirit connection. Allowing transformation to happen on every level, leading to long-lasting, sustainable change.

Together, as a community and on an individual level, we will work at the pace that feels most aligned with you and your nervous system.

Sacred Soul Map

Through a combination of energetic tools - including Astrology and Human Design, your Sacred Soul Map is where we will begin your journey through The Phoenix Path.

This is your soul's blueprint that we will us to understand where you are and where you are designed to be. We will use it to chart your path as you unmask, identify your patterns and beliefs that have kept you stuck, and rise into your most authentic and aligned self.

Bi-Weekly Group Calls

Each Phoenix group contains up to 4 women who will meet with Peggy bi-weekly. You will walk along this journey together as you discover your authentic self, soul's purpose, and energetic alignment.

Each call is about 75 minutes long and will cover a different part of your Sacred Soul Map, we will also discuss the patterns that we are releasing and realigning, as well as energetic forecasting using astrology in real time. This will allow for in-depth, lasting focus and transformation.

Monthly One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Every month, you will meet with Peggy one-on-one to dive deep into the work you have been doing while on The Phoenix Path. During these 60-minute recorded Zoom calls, you will review your personal areas of focus and use your Sacred Soul Map at the deepest levels for clarity, understanding, and guidance. You will also receive intuitive guidance and Reiki healing as needed.

Private Group Community

The group thread helps you build a sisterhood and long-lasting relationships with the women you transform alongside.

You will also receive feedback from Peggy as you move through your day-to-day life putting your learning into practice in real time. Peggy will respond daily to questions and comments within the group to ensure you are supported every step of the way.

Weekly Sacred Soul Guidance

Throughout the week, you will receive journal prompts, motivation, energy forecasts, daily intuitive guidance, somatic practices, and more! All designed to help you navigate your week in alignment with your focus and the theme of the week.

Peggy will provide Monday-Wednesday-Friday audio activations to ensure you are focused, have clarity, and receive the energetic support you need to keep moving forward on your journey.

Before the journey begins...

The Phoenix Path isn’t something you just jump into.

This is deep work, and we begin by rooting you in clarity, intention, and soul alignment before the group ever starts.

STEP 1

1:1 Intake Session

(45 minutes)

A private, intentional Zoom session where we:

  • Explore what’s bringing you to this threshold

  • Name your “why,” truth, and readiness

  • Identify themes and safety needs for the path ahead

  • Ground into clarity before anything else unfolds

STEP 2

Your Sacred Soul Map

Delivered within one week of the Intake Call and reviewed in a 75-minute Zoom call. Created for you based on your birth information. You will need your DOB, Place of Birth and Time of Birth for complete accuracy.

This map reveals:

  • Who you are at a soul level - Ego, Inner Emotions and Soul are focuses, as well as your elemental make-up, core wounds, gifts and purpose

  • Your masking patterns and soul-level triggers

  • Your energetic rhythms and how to work with them for sustained weight loss

  • Where you’ve been hiding, why you hide and how to find safety in being seen and heard

You begin this path seen, prepared, and already in motion.

THE 12-WEEK JOURNEY

This is where the path unfolds. Through weekly work in our small group community, live bi-weekly group coaching calls, monthly one-on-one sessions, and personalized work in your workbooks you will be supported through every step of the path.

We begin by diving into the masks you wear, the reasons behind them, your limiting beliefs, and what conditioning has been keeping you stuck in patterns you long to release. You’ll learn how to release perfectionism, people-pleasing, and old patterns that no longer serve you so you can let go of the emotional weight as you shed the physical weight, allowing for the connection of Mind-Body-Spirit that is critical to holistic, lasting success.

WEEK 5: The Voice – Saying What You’ve Never Said

Together, we will shift your thought patterns, cultivate self-worth and trust, and create aligned strategies to keep you on your path to losing the weight for good. This will include journaling, breath work, embodiment practices, and energy work.

Finally, it’s time to reclaim your true identity, live in alignment with your truth, and stand in your power. You will build upon everything you have alchemized from months one and two. You will learn how to anchor yourself when you feel the pull to fall into past patterns around your relationship to food and weight. You will create strategies to stay in alignment and keep the weight off for good. This is your Phoenix Rising moment!

Hi, I’m Peggy Hinshaw.
Intuitive guide. Soul map creator. Authenticity Alchemist.
And a woman who has burned it all down to rise as her true self.

For most of my life, I checked the boxes. I played the game. I did what I thought I was supposed to, and I did it very well. I lost myself and became who I thought the world wanted me to be.

Without even realizing it, I put on the masks that kept me safe from my truth, my voice, my fears of being seen, rejected, and abandoned. For me, the biggest mask I wore was on my body. It was my physical weight.

I feared that being who I was when I was unfiltered and authentically myself would cost me the security of everything I had… even if everything I had wasn’t what I truly wanted. It kept me from using my gifts as a source of connection and as a result, I was disconnected from the people and experiences I loved most in my life.

But that's the thing with denying your truth… it will find a way to be seen, to be heard, to be acknowledged. For me, my body broke first because it always speaks what the soul suppresses. This ended up in me being a 303 lb woman, with little hope that things would change. Until one day, they did. 

Somehow, one day, I slowed down long enough to listen. It was just a whisper, a nudge, a small spark in my gut that said, “Let’s try something new.” And for some reason, that time, I listened. I followed that whisper that eventually became a roar.

Slowly, I began shedding the weight: physically, emotionally, spiritually. Eventually, 170 pounds were gone, and so were the masks, the people-pleasing, and the self-betrayal.

That journey cracked me open, not only to healing but to remembering. And I did it alone. Scared and unsure.

Now, I walk with women who are ready to do the same so they do not have to try and figure it all out on their own. So they do not have to feel scared and unsure. I now use my gifts to help women, just like me, to stop being ashamed and from thinking that how they look, and what they have, is all that there is. What are the time demands I can expect as I walk this Path?

The Phoenix Path is designed to fit into your real life—not take it over. If you can devote about 20-30 minutes a day, about 2–3 hours a week, you’ll feel deeply supported without feeling overwhelmed. You don’t have to show up perfectly—just show up as you are.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not clinical therapy.

It’s transformational soul work that complements therapy beautifully—but it’s not a replacement. You’ll be coached, guided, witnessed, and challenged, but you’re responsible for your own healing.

What kind of transformation can I actually expect?

You won’t become a brand-new person.

You’ll remember how to be yourself again.

You’ll stop saying yes when you mean no.
